Yes there are 3 MFX units, chorus and reverb shared by 16 parts. If you want more, you can resample the parts or record them into audio tracks thus freeing up the MFX unit they are using.

But How can I resample a patch and make it sound throughout the 88 notes?
about the other option: what is it of recording an audio track. How does it work?

How can I resample....

That's a question that I would like to find out about too. I hear it a lot, and if this works the way that it sounds, it would truly be life saver.

1. Mute all tracks of the sequencer and leave only those you want to resample
2. Press [SAMPLING]
3. Select "Mix"
4. Start the sampling
5. Start the sequencer
6. When the sequence you want to sample stops, stop the sampling
7. Now you need to trim the sample so it has no silence at the beginning: in [SAMPLE EDIT], set the Sample Start point to where the sound starts
8. [WRITE] the sample to USER or CARD memory
9. Now you need to assign this sample to either keyboard part or a pad: in [SAMPLE LIST], press "Load", choose "Assign to keys" or "Assign to pad", choose a part, and assign this sample to it
10. Finally, go to the sequencer, start the recording and play this sample into the sequencer to the end using either keys or pads

Yes 3 effects but you can use those 3 effects on all of the 16 tracks. So if you chose a delay on track 1 you can use that effect on 15 more tracks.

Hi Artemio, I know what you mean. But this is not what I need.
Is there any way to sample a fantomX patch in a way that the patch is sampled with the effect included, So I don´t need to select an MFX module into a performance for this patch.
I don´t know if I could convey my idea clearly.

when u record your tracks into a program like nuendo or sonar u can then use more effects, i always record my tracks down dry and then use better effects, but if your playing live u might want to get an external effects proc to get more outta it

Thanks for your tip. I´m sort of getting throught with x6 effects.Would be better more but I manage to make it fair, so far.I don´t consider using external effects cause I use lot´s and lot´s of things live and I dont´t want to carry more than the whole pile of things I´ve been using.Í also play the guitar live.
thanks anyway.
