Hi everyone im gonna keep this real short ok. I have a Triton Extreme and a Roland fantom-S. Now when i hook the Triton up to my MPC 2000XL everthing works fine but when i hook up the fantom-S and hit one key the sound keeps playing until i unhook the midi cords basicly it freez somebody anybody help please!

i had the exact same problem when i hooked up my MPD16 as well as my fantom Xa to FL studio, i think it has something to do with the configuration and the midi ports beings used.

I tried troubleshooting a bit, i have yet to find a solution.

Symptome: MIDI LOOP problem.
Check your MIDI chain!
MIDI IN & MIDI OUT ports used on Fantom?
...Local off on the Fantom S?

Yam TX816, SY77, TG77; Kurz PC88; Rol Jv2080, VS1680, Fantom X6; Event 20/20; and my old MPC2000XL returned as midi MASTER

Ok i found that if you go into MIDI and scroll down to transmit and turn off soft through. Then go to receive and turn off remote keboard switch it would not freeze anymore.
