Need Help Slaving to Protools

Im trying to slave my fantom X to protools so I can send midi messeges in sync but when I put the fantom's sync mode to slave-mtc, nothing happens. Is anyone familiar with using the fantom as a slave with protools or any similar program??

Tell me what you exactly want to do. Do you take the USB-Interface at the Fantom as Connection or the normal Midi IN and OUT Ports at the Fantom?

I am using the usb port for my fantom. Im trying to slave my fantom to protools. In the sync/tempo setup I have the fantom mmc mode-slave, mmc output-on, mtc sync output-on. When I put the Sync mode to slave-mtc or slave-midi and press play nothing happens. the sequencer stays still. Does anyone have protools or can help me out with this??

Yes I use Protools together with my Fantom but never made any settings in the sync-mmc-mode screen at the Fantom. I use the Fantom Keys to record the midi data in Protools and then as Soundmodule, playing back the protools track data with the Sounds from the Fantom. I never used, till today, any Arpeggio coming from the Fantom, so I must sync it with Protools.
Try out to set the fantom as master and Protolls in Slave-Mode. Maybe thats the easier Way?
