hello how ya all doing
I ordered the audio expansion kit for my fantom x6 in october and was told i had to wait until after xmas to get it,january came still no kit so i rang and cancelled and ordered from another shop, got a parcel thursday only to open it and it was xr expansion kit,so i rang the shop and they appoligised for mistake,i then ask for the audio expansion kit to be delivered and they said they never heard of it to leave it with them,they also said they would collect the xr kit on friday and they didnt, is this a trusting site www.turnkey.co.uk or did i just got a little bad luck!!!!!!!!
help would be much appreciated

Turnkey are usually very reliable.. I have dealt with them on numerous occasions.. It does sounds like a serious mixup..non of which is your fault..
I would politley but sternly explain your predicament to them..The service you have had up until now is not good enough..
It sounds like a bit of bad luck.. but i would let them know that there are oher companies who could deal with your business like Digital Vilage etc..
