anybody using a mac with the fantom-s?

no problems yet- i just got my fantom -s this week and i could use my pc, but i'd rather use my g-4 and it seemed like most people here were using pc's. i kind of just wanted to know who was using a mac in case you or i should have any problems we would know who to talk to. i havent hooked it up to a computer yet but i am going to on my next day off. i have a dual 1.2ghtz g-4 with 2 gigs of ram and i am using digital performer and a motu 828.the fantom-s is awesome-i love it.i work at a music store so i got mine directly from roland and it only took a week for them to ship it to me.what a great company.i hope to be able to post some audio at some point within the next few months.nice to know that a forum like this is available.thanks again.

Welcome to the board, abstract. I think there are a number of us here using the Fantom-S with Macs. Currently, I'm using mine with a laptop PC, but I hope to pick up a Mac sometime next spring to do most of the heavy lifting. I'm also planning on using an 828, so I'll be interested to hear if you any issues with the 828/Mac combo (I'd be surprised, but still interested).
