Update USB???

While update the FS I see a choice to UPD Card or UPD USB. I am instructed to update card but how do I update USB?

USB update is an easier way, you will just need to drag'n'drop the update file to the drive icon and the update will start. You will find more info in our detailed instructions: http://fantomized.info/docs/Fantom-SX-OS-update.html.
