Need quick help!! Fantom S upgrade problem!!!

I recently upgraded my FS to 1.09. Before, the Roland folder had a folder inside called SND where the upgrade file (fans svd)used to be. There were other folders. PNP, SEQ, SMPL all these were inside the roland folder. However now with this upgrade, the roland contains a file Fans (bin 12,940kb) Tell WERE DO I NOW PUT THE OTHER ABOVE FOLDERS MENTIONED? since the roland folder now has the upgrade file and not the SND folder like it used to be.
OUICK HELP!!!

After upgrading you should delete this file and load your original Folders back to the Smart Media Card (Backup folder /Roland folder & TMP folder).
