It is really an honor to be part of this incredible story. when I first came to this site i was considering buying a Fantom X. I asked a few questions and you guys were very helpful now quite a few months later (FantomX and V-synth in possesion) I am really excited to see artemio getting recognition for doing probably one of the biggest things I have ever witnessed.

Artemio you have changed the world.. there really is no other info on the fantom or v-synth except at your websites. there are bits and peices but nothing like the rich treasures you have offered here.

My hat is off to you A-man keep it up!!!!!

Guys, thanks for your congratulations.

BUT: you have all taken this with a way too much excitement. Roland Ukraine is not part of Roland Corporation in the way it would have any contacts I could use - absolutely none to my knowing.

Also, I will not be getting any gear from them, why would you think so? I do have a D-50 VC card from them, but I do not think they'd like to send me some big boards to check out. They will send me a CD with manuals, that's probably all. I have been a friend of Roland Ukraine since they invited me to the expo last year, and well, I indeed will be able to check out new gear... only if I come 900 km to their headquarters or 500 km to Kiev (our capital city). Otherwise it's easier to wait for the stuff to appear in our local shops.

As of user support: yes, it is nothing I haven't been doing here, it's only in Russian Definitely, there is no reason I would give the e-mail support address to all of you... because I do give you forum and e-mail support over here. I have many e-mail requests from this site, ArtemioLabs and Ask Artemio, and I've been replying to them for a long time.

So... sorry, friends, this is not a step from Roland Corporation, but just their local representative. It will not be any kind of full-time job, simply because there will not be too much work to do. Our country is not as rich as US and Western Europe or such and we have just about 0.1% of the user base you might have though of.

However, indeed, I think it's a good thing that happened. I know many people here seek for what I can give, and noone at Roland UA but me will give it. Let's see...

I understand why you're trying to bring us all "down to earth" about your "official job" at Roland not giving us more than you have allready give. But for all those who have been with you from the very beggining and for those, like me, who have just been here recently and have some knowlegde of your efforts, feel that this is just another step forward for you.
