VPno stage piano missing

Only some clicks...
Please can someone help me? I have all updates

That's strange. It might be useful to isolate the problem first. Can you try the following steps?

• Press the SINGLE TONE button. It initializes the scene and select Z-Core 0189:Ac Pop Piano 1.
• Check if Z-Core 0189:Ac Pop Piano 1 sounds correctly.
• Press the category button A.PIANO and select the very first tone VPno 0001:Stage Grand.
• Check if VPno 0001:Stage Grand sounds correctly.

Is there anything connected to the Fantom, beyond power and head phones? If so, unplug everything else, and repeat the previous steps.

At this point, you might consider a factory reset, and then re-installing the most recent OS update. Don't forget to create a backup first.

Do you have the flagship Fantom or Fantom 0? Fantom 0 doesn't have V-Piano I think.

Under normal situations - no hardware or software errors - , on big Fantoms (Fantom6/7/8) vPianos list only appears on Zone 1.
