Amp Level Bug?

If I have all 4 partials selected, and move any of the other knobs (cutoff, resonance, ADSR, etc), it changes the value for all the partials that are selected, which is what I would expect. However, if I move the Amp Level knob, it only changes the volume of the "highlighted" partial, not all the selected "yellow" partials.

Is this a bug or the correct behavior for this knob?
