Whoops, upgraded Mac to new Catalina O/S

Post by bob@tpo.ca »

Looking for advice, seems I did not check to see if the Juno-DS 88 driver would be compatible with the latest O/S, (Catalina), from Apple for the MacBook Pro.

Checked belatedly, the compatibility matrix and it is currently in development.

Is there any guidance or advice the forum could provide as work-arounds or is it a case of "just wait?" Neither USB or MIDI driver works.

Any suggestions on how long it might be for one to wait?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry to bump this post folks but wondering if anyone might have an idea on how long one might have to wait to see the USB drivers for the latest Apple O/S, (Catalina).

It's positive that the web page reports they are working on the driver....

But been hoping something might be coming in a few weeks or should I expect a lot longer and if so, are there any work-arounds'?

Thanks in advance.

Good luck with that, fellow JunoDude.
Sorry to belabor the obvious, but Backup might be a good precaution next time.
I use Carbon Copy Cloner, and it's helped a few times, in different situations.

There's already a drive for 10.15 (Catalina), but it doesn't work. It doesn't even work on Mojavee.
