RCM 2.4.1. NOT WORKING, pls help.

hello,
i just joined RC and downloaded RCN 2.4.1
I'm on MAcOS 11.12
RCM sometimes won't open, it's not crashed, i can still quit it, but it won't load the RCM window.
Or , most often, it loads up, but the buttons "SERIES" and "PRESET" are not clickable.
The Tab patches shows nothing.
i can only read the news...

I installed it a few times, same thing happening.
Logged in, out, all sorts...

Is there a fix?

Hi!

I have been using Roland Cloud now about six months and almost everything has been good.

But now I have same problems, except my manager won't open at all, only "Staring up, please wait". Only thing I can do is "close app". Also installed couple of times again and tried older version but same thing.

I'm on Win7 pro.

I cannot help sorry, but RCM is a mess the last months. Updates thats fnurk the installation, wont start etc.

Unsubscribe from this mess, it is the only way for Roland inc™ to learn that this is unacceptable from an tripleA brand.

this morning when i was working on something else, all of a sudden RCM just appeared and all Tabs on the left are visible!!!!!!! It was off, and suddenly went on on its own and now i can download the synths!!!

explanation?????

CORRECTION: all the tabs are visible, but NO PICTURES OR DESCRIPTION IN ALL TABS!!!

The cloud manager app was never very good, but they recently redesigned it for version 2.4 and it's now uglier and buggier than ever before. Roland sucks at software.

Have you tried contacting support?

it's very temperamental.
Now i can download stuff even though sometimes the install button won't work
I can see pictures and descriptions now.

It doesn't need to look pretty, i just need it to work :-)

I read support is extremely slow. So i won't bother.

Not in my experience- you need to give it a try and make your own mind up. RCM 2.4.1 is stable on my Mac Mojave system, there’s no need to settle for sub optimal if you’re paying for it.

Hi!

Same happened to me. Yesterday RCM just started to work. Earlier I contacted the support and asked if they have some server problems that my manager couldn't connect but they ignored the question. Well, all good for now.

EDIT: Okay I was little too fast with this. "services not available"

does nobody know how to download driver from sonic cell to max os calling 10.15? like to use sonic cell as sound card and audio card.
