Hi all, as some of you are aware, you can only motion sequence whatever parameter is currently assigned to the control knob. Meaning no dice if you want to write a melody and then play with the filter cutoff in real time or something to that effect.
I thought I would run a sine wave through the fine tune parameter and see how it held up to stepped tuning and was happy to find it's a very usable, albeit fiddly workaround. Here is a chart that references a sample pitched to C. Hopefully it will help you to create melodies with the fine tune parameter leaving your control knob free for other fun!
p.s. Roland give us a coarse tune option for the fine tune knob in instrument settings please =)
