In my opinion,

Roland shouldve never even said one word about this software till it was completed and ready to ship.
Advertising software that still is in development as a selling point is not very professional. Lord knows they could run into major bugs in the software during development phase that could take a long time to iron out.
I love my fantom-s,but I am not impressed by Roland at all. It seems they are only out for NEW customers,instead of trying to create a loyal group of repeat customers.Their warranty is a joke and repair labor costs are outrageous.
I doubt I will be buying anything from Roland in the near future,and seriously considering trading in my Fantom-s for a Korg Triton. Ive been a fan of Korg keyboards since youth,and wished I had stuck with them now.
Roland makes good products,but I wish they would spend less money on advertising and making promises,and spend more money on better warranties and customer service.

I tell what I'm doing about it. I'ver just recently built up a great sample library for my Triton Studio 88 (including the Ksounds piano!!) and am migrating my Roland stuff (FAS & FAS88) out of my gigging and studio needs and selling it. I'll get an Extreme 88, or maybe what they come out with in Jan. (if they do) NO MORE Roland for me.

Now that I have good Pianos and ep's for the Korg, it's got Roland beat for sound all around anyway.

Being able to use sample libraries is essential, and Roland makes you bow to them for new sounds (SRX), and they'll do it in a manner as to milk us for every penny. That to me is unacceptable.

Chick, posting this thread alone is hurting them.
My advice is sell it and minimize your losses.
