Hi Guys
I've a good one here...
I've been through the arppegiator on my Fantom G6, but I can't see any way of programming a triplet such that it plays C1 - G1 - C2. ( like a waltz in 3/4 time) at 120 BPS tempo.
I don't want to go down the triplet , or play randomly, just up, and repeat this action....etc..
Does anyone have knowledge of programming this....Or even point me in the right direction to acheive this..
Many thanks..
Arppegio triplets C-G-C ascending only
Re: Arppegio triplets C-G-C ascending only
Hi Again
I've read the micro manual and had a go at pages 23/24, but it's a lot of work trying to edit it and it is not as easy as it looks. I just want to create an automatic triplet not record a phrase!!
And play the triplet from any Note on the keyboard that will automatically play the Root the Vth note and the next root up... repeat for as long as I keep my hand on the keys.

if you wish to press one single key and get root, V, oct, then you will need to record these three notes into the sequencer, assign them to a phrase, then import as a user arp..
there is a "note value" arp as a preset, which you can play with the "up" motif.. doesnt this work for you>>tho you will have to press all three notes :)

OK Gentlemen
Can one of you point me in the direction where I can find examples and tips for the Fantom G arpeggiator. This would be much appreciated.
Thanks

On page 24 of the micro manual, you have all the instructions to do what you need. I am not sure that anyone can give you more details than that, it's very clear there. Just make sure you understand what you do and that you don't miss a step.

Thanks Art
I was able to program this Triplet easily thank you!
But I had to go in depth and adjust the note length for each.... and in the end the ARP came out perfectly quantized and the three notes shared equally over the beat....It now sounds like It's a studio arp!1..heh Heh!!
In fact I overly indulged and created another double triplet....easy once you get going...
