Hallo Fantom G6 Users needs help thanks :(
I want to change the transpose to plus 12, but i cant go more then plus 6

Re: Hallo Fantom G6 Users needs help thanks :(
transpose using both transpose (+6 to -5) steps, and the octave button (+36, +24, +12, -12, -24, -36) steps.
so in 1 step increments from -41 to +42

Go into Part View for the specific sound in "single" or the patch # on "live mode) and bump the patch an octave that way. No need then to hit the Oct/tranpose buttons when you need the sound. Store it in Favourites or in one of the 512 Live user locations.

I don't mind answering questions but something this stupid can be looked up under, yes you guessed it, TRANSPOSE in the manual.
We all need to stop answering this sort of question or people will never learn to do anything for themselves.

Yes, it would be nice if we could all decipher the manual and find the answer we need. At the same time, a response in a different wording or context than the manual can be helpful. It certainly was for me.

Are you sure sRa ?? really TRANSPOSES ???? nahhhhh
Re: Hallo Fantom G6 Users needs help thanks :(
The transpose information in the manual is not hard to decipher...it's hard to find. If one looks up "Transpose" in the Index, we find information listed for pages 22 and 244. Transposing for Live Set/Studiio is found in the LIve Set/Studio section page 137, main heading "Pitch" (not Transpose) via the "Part View" (page 133) under "Part Transpose" rather than a subset of "Transpose". Transposing patches for the "Favourite" mode is not discussed that I can see. When playing live, and transposing your Favourite sounds using "Transpose" and "Oct +/-" the manual does NOT tell you that when you come out of a transposed patch in Favourites, the next sound reverts back to middle C = 256 and NOT the same transposed level. The manual does not say, that I can see, that for Favourites, you have to transpose the acutal patch out of "Single" and then register that transposed patch into Favourites.
For me, under the heading "Transpose", it would be more effective/efficient if all the possible Transpose situations were found under the heading "Transpose".

His question asked how to raise +12. The transpose points to page 22 which has the octave + - buttons on it. The buttons are also directly next to the transpose ones.
Seriously tho rohamm, If he had taken as long to look as the buttons in front of him as it did to write the question he would have seen it. Pure laziness. His next question was to ask for a complete walk thru on making sounds and setting up effects.. Please feel free to keep answering them, you're a more patient man than me.
Anyone know how to turn the volume up ?

Yes, sometimes it's just "playing" with the board, experimenting here and there that finds the answer. Turning up the volume...I can think of 4 ways to set the volume and the manual directs us to page 22 to indicate the location of the knob...Again, some more subsets under "Volume" in the Index, would be helpful to the newbie or someone who does read the manual well. And sometimes, it's better to turn the volume down!
