fantom g6 working with yamaha motif xs rack

hi guys just need alittle help. im looking to buy a motif xs rack but im unsure about one thing. Can i connect the 16 channel outfrom the rack to the external mixer in the fantom g6 so i can record and play the motif sounds in midi in the fantom g. Hope you can help. Cheers

you can control the XS rack from the G and record sequences in the Fantom G that will trigger the XS - it is a great combo.

Good question? I'm not sure how this would work though. The 16 channel output on the Motif Rack XS uses an optional mLAN connection i believe.
