If not maybe we can start our own! you guys seem talented enough! I have not heard anything yet cuz im connected with this network that does not allow for MP3's to come in, or to go out!!

Around 1995 I thought that I was someone special. By the late 90’s (hopefully much sooner than this even) I realized this was not the case. Been humble ever since.
Meet and worked with some rather special people. Good experience for me as I learned that nobody is really that special. Have not idolized anybody ever since.

Nobody is special? I've had the honor of talking to Chuck Leavel, and seeing him play up close. Unbelievable. What about Chick Corea? Have you ever seen Tom Coster play live? Jeff Lorber? The list goes on and on. I've been a piano player for 20 years and I can assure you, there are lots of well deserving special people.

I'm not famous....and I don't actually care in the least about the double edged sword that is "fame".

But I am special!! :-)

Yes, always remember, no matter how famous you are or are not "You're unique", just like everyone else.

At this time I'm not famous.
I'm trying something but in these days I had to put my feet on the ground because sometimes I see that certain things have lost their values. Anyway I keep on making my way in this life, because music is what I really want to do, as long as I live.
The important is that for Jesus, my family and my friends I mean something.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
"Why, I want to be famous"
"Well what for?"
"Ah - I don't care - maybe I could be a singer"

And there we have the problem!

Fame should be a by product of a great person
Unfortunatly some people thing being a great person is a by product of Fame.

I admit that sometimes I am a legend in my own mind.

I think we all need somewhat of an inflated ego in this crazy business that we're in.

When the student is ready, the teacher will come.
