SAMPLE VST INSTRUMENTS INTO THE FANTOM G

Hi,

Ive have just purchased fab four vst and was wondering if there is any way i can sample the VST instruments into the Fantom G rather than having to link teh Fantom up to a laptop each time I want to play.

If anyone can provide a step by step guide on how to do this I would really appriciate it.

First and foremost, do you use a PC or a Mac?

It will do the job if he is on PC. Not Mac...

On a Mac, you can try the auto-sampler from guys called Redmatica.

or CDXtract Samplit Mac Version, but it does need some skills.

I have a PC. Is there any free software that you can use to sample the VST instruments into the Fantom G?

Extreme Sample Converter, can load and save as multimap samples your vst.
You can save it as akai for exemple and then load it in Yase for transform it to Fantom-G format.
I have a fantom-xr, but I don't have yase, but still saving as waves , I load and program all those waves saved by Extreme Sample Converter. it was a lot to work but it did worth.
