I need recording MIDI in NUENDO, SONAR, PROTOOLS, LOGIC AUDIO... in SINGLE MODE.

Very, very simple:
1. Press PAD MODE, and then the MIDI Tx Sw pad.
2. Press PAD 1 to transmit on channel 1, PAD 2 to transmit on channel 2, etc.
You can also manually check the KBD switch for EXT part 1 from the Part View screen. This effectively does the same thing.
From what I understand, 1.20 now disables the KBD switch for part 1 in Studio Mode now as well. This was done so EXT part 1 data wasn't recorded as well as the current internal part. Dan makes note of it in his 1.20 release notes.
The Fantom-G treats external channels as separate channels. This is actually a very powerful, flexible feature, but it can lead to some confusion.
