Artemio-
So you are selling the GT huh, how much? Hey thanks for the info, I will check it out. Hey man I am surprised that there are no DVD tutorials out there for the V-Synth yet. I am trying to get this place called "plancton.de" to do one you should got and check out there website.
They took on one of Rolands recording gear call the VS series and man it is great. So you see I wish that they would do one for the V-Synth. Do you no of any resources out there that has done one, if so please point me to it.
Max S, where are you?
Thanks,

Re: Having troubles connecting V-Synth GT to Mac...
I don't know if everyone is aware of these things or not, but I thought I would post my conversation with Roland Tech Support today regarding the V-Synth GT and Macs.
1 - There is a known issue with USB Storage in 10.5.1 (Leopard's latest release). When you mount the internal memory, your PC will not open a drive for the V-Synth GT. If you try and exit out of USB Storage mode in the V-Synth GT, the synth will freeze up. The quickest fix is to simply unplug the V-Synth GT's USB cable from your Mac. This will bring the V-Synth GT back to it's previous menu. In other words, no need to power cycle your GT. There is a fix in the works according to Tech Support.
2 - I confirmed (again) that there will be an update which will allow for sample importing without having to change file names, etc.
3 - They have NO plans in making a librarian for the GT like they did with the original V-Synth.
4 - General info - with Leopard there were a lot of drivers that will/have been re-written in the last few months. Keep an eye on Roland Support for fixes coming.

No problem, Max.
It should be noted that Tiger (10.4.x) still works with USB storage.
