OK I am tired....
This is extremelly weird!
I was working on several songs (Which some I imported them as MIDI files from my computer sequencer) loading and practicing with them and sometimes making some adjustmentss and re-saving them.
One of the songs (after being saved) got TOTALLY corrupted without explanation. (Channels assigned on a track moved to another. i.e Track1-Channel1, Track2-Channel2, etc... got as Track1-Channel2, Track2-Channel3.. and so on when it was reopened).
I resetted the fantom (by the way DELETING MY SONGS unintentionally!!!!!! AGGGGHHHHHHH due to my frustration) and later reinstalled few songs from a backup I had from long time ago.
Then I noticed the weirdest thing.....
When I Load and play a song and then reload-play another song and do this for about 5-10 different songs the Mixer buttons (Reverb, etc) suddenly move without playing or touching anything on the keyboard. WEIRD!!!! (The keyboard is in total Stop... but after a few seconds IT'S ALIVE!)
I though it may be some Sysex codes behind somewhere... But after checking the entire song and deleting ALL contents and parameters with exception of the plain notes, the behaviour still persist.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
I do not know what's going on!!!!
This makes me wonder... Is there another place where Roland adds extra coding/controllers/addigments to the song????? (i.e. patch number, etc.)
Maybe this is not being cleared when loading another song????
A Bug????
Can anyone SOLVE this Mystery??????
Fantom Phantasm Mystery?????
Re: Fantom Phantasm Mystery?????
Thanks for replying with BAD NEWS!!!!
(Just joking)
roland should put a label with a note for presure in that area.
I have an SKB case too and I think it has put some presure on it... the sad part is that I barelly have used the Realtime Controllers.... Now I guess I need a board.
In the mean time I am going to continue checking this behaviour because I believe it could be dust or maybe just humidity (since I barelly touch them) too on the knobs.... I juggle them around and the symphtoms stopped.
Did anyone know what was the part number for the board and the cost?????
