I read everything about how thet patchs default effects settings aren't loaded in performance mode.
My question is .. Why would there be 16 available parts in performance mode if you can only have the high quality default sound loaded into 3 parts? Am I misunderstanding this or is this really the case? I would like to sequence into my fantom but not if I can only get good sound from 3 patchs.
Please help me understand this better or maybe/HOPEFULLY tell me I'm wrong and it IS possible to have all 16 parts with the default effects loaded in performance mode.

Re: MFX in performance mode question
Can you please tell me how to get all my pactchs in performance mode to have the patch mode preset effects loaded?
Re: MFX in performance mode question
Howdy Buzzhawg!! I'm afraid you can't have ALL 16 with "patch mode" FX
There's only 3 FX banks...to do it you'd need AT LEAST 16 banks....so try looking at this thread to see how I get "patch mode FX" in a performance. If you have a DAW you can record up to 3 patches at a time into it with the settings from that thread(if you don't use chorus & reverb) Hope that answers your Q's
