Cuttoff auto resetting

Hi sorry if this has been asked before, when I adjust the cuttoff with one of the three knobs it opens it right up and sounds great, soon as I let go it resets, is there an option to turn the auto reset off? Thanks

The track must have cutoff data on it that's resetting the knob. Hit the Motion On button to turn it off. For permanent erasure, highlight the track, Press Shift and Motion On, this asks if you wish the clear the track's Motion Data (all 4 tracks). If you clear it, and don't press Motion Rec (unless you want to record it), it'll stay where you leave the knob. It catches me out often, when I've recorded something and forgotten to turn Motion Record off again.
