Add Samples to Fantom XR Ver 1.00

I have an old Fantom XR ver 1.00 and would like to use it to playback some samples. i have the samples on my computer but can't quite figure out how to get them into the Fantom.

I have searched the forum but i think that most of what i have found is for Ver 2.0 and above which i cannot update to. I also don't have a card for the Fantom or a means of getting the samples from the computer onto the card if i did have one

If anyone has any step by step instructions as to how to put basic .WAV or .AIFF files into the internal memory of the Fantom XR that would be incredibly helpful
