Trigger samples with pads question

Hi, I am a proud owner of the FA-08 but I have some problems with the 16 trigger pads:

is there a way to play a sample one time (!) after hitting a pad? I have some brass lics that I want to play when hitting a trigger pad, but either I have to hold the trigger pad until the lic has finished or I press the HOLD button but then the lic is played endless.

Am I missing something?

Hi. I can only conclude there must be a way to do what you want, though I personally, don't know how. The reason I say that, is because having purchased the latest download from Axial, some of the samples are one-shot drums, and they play even if I don't hold them down. I can only suggest checking the manual as I say, I don't know how to do this myself. Cheers.
