On page 49 of the Juno Stage manual it notes the rhythm group number is saved in a Performance. Each group has six rhythm patterns.
The problem I have is that the pattern number loaded for a rhythm group when you switch Performances is the pattern # you last positioned on with the panel buttons. Yes the right Group is loaded but not the right pattern unless you always work with just pattern #1. It makes no sense to me why it works this way? Am I missing some system setting parameter to get the pattern # loaded I had running when I saved the Performance?

I've been dealing with that same problem for the last year. I assumed it's just another flaw in the system. Maybe someone can help us with a solution.
On a somewhat similar note, is there any way of saving the volume of a rhythm pattern with a performance? Nothing I've tried works. I'm getting very frustrated with all these flaws (or is it only me that can't find solutions in the manual)?

The volume of rhythm patten saves fine for me in a Performance. I always use the level volume control button on the Song/Rhythm player .. not the Performance Mixer on number 10 part.
