Sampling from a digital mixer with the digital input

Hi,

I want to sample (record a whole song actually) the digital output of a yamaha 01v mixer with a Fantom X6.

The sampling itself is not a problem but the recorded material plays back slower than the original.

Does this have something to do with sample rates? If yes how do I fix it?

If not how do I fix it?

Edit --> Is it possible that the problem is related to the cable I use to connect the machines?

Make sure the mixer outputs 24 bits 44.1 KHz.
