Boss SX-700 midi implementation booklet

Hi, does anyone know where I can get a copy, or have a copy of the Boss SX-700 midi implementation booklet.

It is mentioned in the manual but all the Roland/Boss websites do not have it for download or in any archives.

I am desperate to get hold of this manual, and I have searched every where, and emailed till I'm blue in the face, but feel as if I'm chasing a ghost.

Your help will be most appreciated.

I have tryed to get this too, and yeah it is not in any achive and no one knows where to look, I wanted to make a Cubase device panel for it.
