what cause the samples sound different in fantom x?

Hello to everyone!

last nite, i imported a drum kit to my fantom x6 and the bass drums sound with lots of hiss and shss. The snares sound fine. Nonetheless, the drum kits sound weak. I wonder what happened to the sample when you imported them into fantom x? anyone has the same experience? pls keep in mind that this drum kits is a professional one that i bought and they sound very nice in reason software.

If your master switch is on in effects maybe it is the Mastering settings?????

no effects on the sampler section on imput? or u might want to deemphasise
