DOES THE UPGRADE TO 2.0 MAKE THE FANTOM ANY FASTER...

i'm just wondering if the upgrade fixes the glitch with the slow processing speed on my fantom or is ALL the motherboard...i have one of the first fantom x's made...not first but when it just came out......so will the V 2.0 do the trick or do i have to do that whole motherboard thing............also if its the motherboard...does anyone know of anyone that puts the new ones in, in the NY/NJ area?????? thanks in advance all
