Thanks for the last post. I think it broke because my SKB have 2 foam in both side. I put 2 for safety but I forgot that they make more pressure. Thanks for your post. Is hard but is the true. Thanks

Please Fixthemix give me more information about what up on your X7. I use a SKB for the trasporte of my piano and that the foam inside the SKB exercises pressure on the Knobs and I think it broke them.My friend here in PR have the same piano and the same problem. I'm sorry but there is not much more I can tell you. The X7 I'm talking about arrived at our store (I work in a music instrument shop) with the box damaged. When we tested it we noticed the problem you describe - the "virtual faders" moving crazy. It was imediately send back to Roland Service and we were told that the board was broken due to excessive pressure on the knobs, obviously made during transport.
I don't know how it works in your country but its a common practice for Roland not to sell service parts so I don't believe you'll be able to get the replacements you need. Any way I think that the best to do it's to contact your nearest Roland Service or Dealer and try to find out more about this.

I call Rolandus and they gave me the part number of the board and I bought it. Just it arrive in 6 week so, to much but... Anyway I trust that the problem be the board, if isn't the board 1 spare part,jejeje. Thanks for your information.
