HOT: Stunning VC-2 audio demos available

Post by Artemiy »

Dear V-Tribe,

thanks to the great work of Nathan Sheldon, we have managed to put no less than 19 audio demos of VC-2 Vocal Designer choir and vocoder modeling patches online!

Enjoy!

Any hopes of getting some more demos of the lead patches? The second I heard those, I ended up filling about 4 pages worth of ideas. >)

I'll hopefully receive the VC-2 soon as well, so hold on for more demos.

I agree that the demos are nice. They provide a good flavor of the product for those who consider buying it (like myself a couple of weeks ago).

As one can hear from the demos, VC2 card is probably not geared towards creating classical music, but it has a lot of creative potential and will be a great tool for any modern musician.

One thing, which I wonder about in the recordings, is the clear intelligibility of words. I do not get such response while playing the preset patches. Maybe this is something to do with the mic settings or pre-effects? Perhaps Mr. Sheldon could share his secrets... Or maybe I should buy a better microphone. :)
