Depends on the song but it can range from an hour to 3 hours a song. :) I use Cubase SX3 to program all my sequences and then export to the Fantom.

The other Keyboard Player.. not sure what you are seeing? There is a drummer who is in the back center on VDrums. It's not great lighting so you may not have seen him as well.. could that be what you are talking about? The only keyboard player is me on the X7.
