Fantom X price

I'm finally about to buy a F-X, and the best price that I have fould is 1699. Anything better?

An X6 should go for about $1650., to about $1699. depending on where.. so your about right, but I would ask $1650 first...that's how much I payed on release date last year..

Hey, I also noticed that they are more expensive now in the catalogs..At first I payed it no mind..so if u have that price grab it and run..dont look back..They must be in higher demand now...they will be gettin their V-2.0 money from everyone after all..nothing is ever free...

The price change went into effect on April 1st. Roland USA was getting killed with the Yen rate and was forced to raise the prices on most of their instruments. Basically the Yen is pretty strong right now.

So how much are they going for these days, in other words what was the price increase?

Also, what is the best place online (or otherwise) to buy a Fantom X6; I know there are good deals on ebay but I have not had good experiences with buying keyboards on ebay, my local guitar center has been known to give me good deals every once in awhile but they are usually substantially more expensive than most places.

by the way the best price I have been able to get is $1800 for an X6

On the X7, the price increase was $100 US. Don't know for the 6 or 8.

Price of the X-8 is on average, $200 more. I never really priced out the X-6, so can't help you there.

$1620 is a great price for an X6. A lot of machine for a little bit of cost! (Relatively speaking)

I wish they were that cheap over here in western europe too. I paid almost 2000 euro for my x6 way back.

I just paid $1199 (plus $40 shipping) for a Fantom Xa 61 at eBay and will be receiving it sometime next week. Has anyone ever ran a Boss ME through this keyboard? I have a ME5 processor (older but still great) that I used to use on a Korg DW8000 - it really made some awesome sounds!
