Does any one have Fantom XR sample tools expansion kit 2.0 ?

Post by iceb77 »

Hello guys

I'm a Fantom XR user since a week ago, and I really need to update it to 2.0. ( not 2.0.2 but 2.0)

Actually I' ve been stucked on my working for several days, because of the lack of tones on Fantom XR.

I really want to end up this messy situation..

I am searching it via internet for a week but I can't find it anywhere.

I can find ver. 1.X and 2.X but I can't find 2.0.

Since it's not possible for me to upgrade directly to 2.X, I really need to find the 2.0 file.

(sample tools expansion kit 2.0 or fan-xr-up1)

If anybody can has the file, please be kind and email me the copy to iceb77@hanmail.net

Thank you

Hi,
I am looking for the same thing (fan-xr-up1). I don't really comprehend why is Roland neglecting demand for Fantom X's upgrade kit.
Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that the kit was only distributed via special data card. Your best bet might be to call your local Roland Dealers one by one and see if their service department might have kept a kit on the workbench to upgrade trade in units and whatnot. You'd have to take the unit to them and let them do the upgrade for you.

Good luck!
