help needed to update juno g to new version

what are the steps to update the new updates to
the juno g to version 1.6 ( the newest ? )

The update should come with the instructions. As I remember, it's as simple as copying the .bin file onto the card and then powering the Juno on, the update will be performed automatically.

is the update , going to change any settings
made on the juno g ?

would i have to backup the juno g , b4 doing an update ?

what if other stuff (info ) is on the card , when you update
the juno g .

should the card only have the update ?

You should of course back everything you have up to the computer. No, the update should not modify anything, but you do it just in case.
