Using a computer mouse with the Fantom-0

Hello.

I knowingly purchased a Fantom-08 for a cheap price because the touch portion of the touchscreen does not work. Everything else works fine.

Does anyone know of a way to add a computer mouse to the Fantom-0 that would allow me to use the screen with a cursor instead of touch?

There was one post mentioning a computer mouse, but he indicated there was no cursor.
