MC 101 bug?

Hello all, I have a tone track with a long tone ( 64 steps) which I created using the Tie function.

Now I would like to change the length of the tone to 60 steps by using shift click on the step in the sequencer.

The tone details show me 64 for LEN - but when I use c4 to change the length the value jumps down to 3 and then when I want to increase it it stops at 4.99 - so I have no way at all to enter a length of anything above 4.99

This seems to be a clear bug for me - will there be a fix?
