Hi All,

I've recently bought a Roland Fantom 8 and have created a scene with 2 switchgroups. Unfortunately i'm always late switching because both hands are tied to the keyboard. Is it possible to assign a footpedal to toggle the keyboardswitchgroups, assign to pedals directly to the 2 switchgroups, or use pedals to up/down the KSG's?

(I found it for scene switching, but not for KSG switching)

I mentioned in viewtopic.php?p=339788#p339788 that I did a simple DIY project to be able to switch keyboard groups with a pedal. It works well so far. I would prefer a builtin solution, however, I do not expect that Roland will develop it in the near future.

Congratulations!!! A very interesting development. These are things I really like. I ask you - out of curiosity - if the change of SW Groups is through MIDI PC or SYSEX messages

The keyboard switch groups can be changed with SysEx messages. To the best of my knowledge, it is not possible to change them with program change messages.

Thanks you very much! Very userful the information you provided. I will try something DIY with arduino nano or if I can shrink to fit into attiny85
