VTW 1' Harmonic Bar Bug?

I haven't seen this posted anywhere yet, but the upper harmonic (1') bar of my VTW doesn't appear to work at all. For all other harmonic drawbars, if I adjust it, I hear sound changes. But if I turn all other bars off and just turn the topmost bar all the way on, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug?

Brief edit, if you turn percussion off, the VTW works perfectly. With percussion on, the 8th harmonic (1') doesn't appear to work at all. Anyone have any thoughts here?

I read on another Fantom group that this is how the original Hammonds functioned . Not a bug , just Roland being accurate , I believe !

Yes, that's the way a Hammond organ works. With percussion on the 9th bar doesn't produces sound.
