Fantom w ext gear

When a zone is set to external and controlling an external instrument, is it possible for the control knobs 1-8 to be assigned to specific midi CC such that cutoff/resonance/whatever can be controlled from the Fantom?..

The answer is "yes". I don't know the policy on posting video here, but I could post a video or two on this if it's allowed.
