VR-730 and FCB1010

Hi all,

i have bought for Xmas the MIDI pedalboard Behringer FCB1010 this have 2 Expression pedals can i this use with the VR-730 via Stereo Jack Cables why the Product Manual writes do not use the keys with other Exp pedal just with Roland EV5

Hi Sepi84,

no, that's not possible! Both expression pedals do only generate a MIDI data stream. They don't work as 'common' pedals do.

But it may work via MIDI - eventually you have to assign the desired function/controller to work via MIDI. Please have a look to the MIDI implementation chart of your VR-730.

Please bear in mind that the pedal(s) have to be activated for every footswitch on your FCB you want to use!

Yes, by using controller no. 7

When i PLay Studio Sets it the Controller 7 will just controll the track what have the pedal as Channel but not the Main Volume.
