Error installing

Hi all! - hope this is the correct place to post. I am trying desperately to install the Roland Cloud Manager and am not having much luck!. I am consistently getting an error code despite whatever I try (see error code below):

Error during installation process (com.roland.sidecar):
Execution failed (Unexpected exit code: 4): "/Applications/Roland Cloud Manager.app/Contents/Service/RCMService.app/Contents/MacOS/RCMService -i"

I am only after the D-50 patch for a song I am working on and am all out of ideas! (apart from using the original but it's a bit touch and go!).

Please help?! haha

You probably need Roland Cloud Manager v2.3, which will be available soon.

Seems odd as I’ve tried to install the DMG on my macbook and it’s now producing a different error?

The fact I’ve signed up to the cloud for a free trial doesn’t give me a lot of confidence!...see error below:

‘Can’t create the required folders for the application to work’

However the software actually runs on my MacBook...but doesn’t want to cooperate as it won’t even let me login. The iMac that I own however...that doesn’t even get through the install.

That error is usually tied to installing/running as a non-admin user.
