Midi drift when syncing tempo

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced MIDI timing drift when syncing the Tempo to MIDI? I am currently playing back from my DAW (Logic 9.1.8) to the System 8 at 119bpm and the tempo changes from 119 to 119.1 every so often. This is playing havoc with the delay that is assigned to the patch, making it wobble. Which is cool, but not needed.

I have checked the quality of the clock coming from my DAW and according to a MIDI monitoring program, it's spot on.

this is normal.

the only noticable effect of this is that synced delay FX will sometimes sounds like it's variable
