BREAKING NEWS: The all-new sounds you can hardly imagine are
Re: BREAKING NEWS: The all-new sounds you can hardly imagine
Well, that's the problem, I know. Again, advantages and disadvantages. Basically, I'd suggest you get another card, maybe some cheap 128 MB one. Otherwise it will be some additional work for you to re-organise the samples every time it automatically puts them after the current Planet V sample set.

so on the fantom s there is no way to dictate where the samples land
only on the x
only on the x

Thanks *so* much! You're the first person to give any comments on the new sounds set. I'd like to let you know that in two-three weeks I'll be releasing an update with about 24 new patches (along with 32 new patches for Planet F), and in around April/May Planet V will be updated with new waveforms!
Jost:
Thanks mate
Which track you liked the best by the way?

Holy Smokers...
Art,
This is really phenomenal!
Even my wife, who really doesn't do music at all was like "Wow!"
I can't believe how much work went into this. You are really an artist.
I'm off to play more.
The Juno Strings and planet V are my faves so far.

Thanks a lot, I am very glad to hear you liked the sounds! As about how much it took, it was about 4-5 months - yes, pretty lot of work I must admit. I am now also working under Planet F and Planet V patch updates - more sounds are coming!

Re: BREAKING NEWS: The all-new sounds you can hardly imagine
Thanks, but don't worry, I test my sounds on mice.

Just had myself a test drive!
In one word: Asskickin'!!!
To everyone: if you're considering expanding your Fantom with commercial patches or even an SRX try this baby first! Chances are you'll find what you need in there and it's more bang for your buck.

Hey Laurenz,
thanks a lot for your comments, it's a pleasure to hear you enjoy the sounds.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: The all-new sounds you can hardly imagine
No, Planet V will not work with Juno-G, because, as to our knowing, it doesn't support multisamples and the whole Planet V library consist of multisampled instruments made with V-Synth. I do plan "porting" some of the sounds to Juno-G if I will be able to work with one for a while.
Re: BREAKING NEWS: The all-new sounds you can hardly imagine
Artemio, looks like the link to the Planet V demo MP3 is not working anymore. I'd like to listen to it to form my opinion and perhaps buy it. Can you check the MP3 link? Thanks!
Re: BREAKING NEWS: The all-new sounds you can hardly imagine
Actually I have released the new version of Planet V a few weeks ago, the information is available here:
