Has anyone updated to this latest (Sept 2019) update and if so does this now fix the note stealing issue when 2 units were poly chained together?

Based on the description, I would not expect this update to address the behavior of poly chaining.

Change the specification
The specifications have been changed so that notes passed "thru" via MIDI OUT in Chain mode are passed "thru" on the MIDI channel specified in System Settings.
I'm not sure what practical use this has. Any ideas? Nice to see them doing something with chain mode though. Personally I really like the idea of chain mode but haven't used it yet. Eventually I'd like to have 3 JP-08's.
