Hello all,
I have a boutique setup that consists of a TR-08, a TB-03, and a JU-06a. I have a track I'm composing and I have the rhythm track on the TR-08 synced perfectly with the TB-03's track so those are all set. I am playing the JU-06A live over the two for some chord progressions which also works fine. Where I'm having trouble is that I'm trying to perform an arpeggiated lead over the track, and I can't get the arpeggiator to fully sync with the TR-08 and TB-03 consistently. I have that connected via midi as well - MIDI out from the TB-03 to MIDI in on the JU-06A. I have the tempo set to sync on the JU-06a as well. I suspect it might just be my playing as I'm a novice keyboard player, but sometimes when I play the chord to arpeggiate, it plays a double note on the first note of the sequence and isn't quite in sync with the tempo as I'd like it to be. Repeated attempts are more successful, but is there a more foolproof way of doing this?

I'm not 100% certain (and not near my Boutiques to be able to check) but I believe that the arpeggiator of the JU-06A does not sync to incoming clock, IIRC. The sequencer DOES, but I seem to recall an early thread about how the clock for the arpeggiator is only driven by internal tempo.

That would make a lot of sense. I'll try using my JUNO as the source clock then if that's the case.
