TR-8S buggy

Hi,
I'm not sure if anyone else is facing problems, but my Tr-8s is buggy.. sometimes notes shift or sound changes. It's not really easy to reproduce
anyone is facing similar problems? or is it only me?

I had it for couple of years, there was always some minor issues, but it gets annoying with time.
