System-1 PLUGIN preset bug

Hi all,
Just joined, thanks for having me.
I recently bought the hardware and later software System-1. Both sound great, quite happy overall.
There's an annoying bug in the software System-1 plugin.
When loaded into more than one track, changing a preset on one track affects all other tracks' presets.
It doesn't change them as such, but changes the location of the preset in the library...

Also, what's the best way to contact Roland with a bug like this? The websites are full of sales contacts but support is hard to find (from me at least).

And one more thing. Many people are unhappy about the LFO depth on the filter on S-1. Should we send them a polite request with several users "signing" the message? If so, how?
